How we verify HubSpot prices
Last verified October 1, 2026 · Next check November 1, 2026
HubSpot pricing changes often, and much of what's published about it online is out of date or contradicts itself. This page explains where our numbers come from and what we do to keep them right.
Where our numbers come from
We use HubSpot's own public sources, in this order:
- HubSpot's pricing pages, for list prices by hub and billing option.
- HubSpot's Product & Services Catalog, for limits, included amounts and the credit rate sheet.
- HubSpot's seats-and-credits pricing supplement, for the pricing that applies to new customers in EMEA: credits, packs, record capacity and add-ons.
- HubSpot's Knowledge Base and blog, for how billing rules work in practice.
- HubSpot's investor materials (earnings calls, Analyst Day), for direction of travel.
We check third-party blogs and review sites, but we don't take prices from them. When they disagree with HubSpot's pages, HubSpot's pages win.
What we don't publish
We don't publish anything from non-public sources. That covers partner-only materials, pilot programs and private betas. If a feature or price isn't on a public HubSpot page, it isn't on this site.
How we show prices
All prices are US list prices in USD. HubSpot publishes its seats-and-credits supplement in EUR; list prices are the same number in USD and EUR, so we show them in USD. Where HubSpot offers annual and monthly billing at different prices, we show both and label them. Promotional prices are marked as promotions, because they're temporary and usually for new customers only. We show list prices, not negotiated ones; what you pay can differ.
How often we check
Every guide shows the date we last verified it and the date of the next check. We re-check every page at least monthly, and within days of a HubSpot pricing announcement. Every change is logged on our pricing changes page and in the changelog at the bottom of each guide.

How we make money
The guides and the estimate are free. Here's how working with us usually goes, and where we get paid at each step:
- Pricing and negotiation. We work out which hubs, tiers and seats you actually need, and help you get a better price. If you buy HubSpot through RevTech Agency, HubSpot pays us a partner commission. Negotiating a lower price for you usually means a smaller commission for us, and we accept that, as we strive to solve for the customer.
- Onboarding. HubSpot requires onboarding on Professional and Enterprise plans, and charges its own fee for it. When you buy through RevTech Agency, that fee can be waived. You can put the budget toward onboarding built around your processes, data and team, instead of a standard package. We agree the scope and fee with you upfront.
- Ongoing support. After go-live, some clients keep us on a monthly retainer for admin, automation and reporting work.
You can stop at any step. Using the guides or the estimate doesn't commit you to anything, and our pricing data follows the same rules whether or not you work with us.
Corrections
If you spot a number that's wrong or out of date, email hello@revtechagency.com or tell us through the estimate form. We fix confirmed errors and note the correction in the page changelog.
