A dated log of HubSpot pricing changes and updates to our guides, newest first.

  1. New name and address: RevTech Agency Pricing Guide

This site is now the RevTech Agency Pricing Guide at pricing.revtechagency.com. The homepage and calculator now state that the site is independent from HubSpot, Inc., and the calculator shows an accuracy disclaimer before and with its results. Prices and guide content are unchanged.

  2. Ops Seats, email credits and spend controls explained

Our seats-and-credits guide now covers what an Ops Seat includes and what needs a GTM Seat, which emails use credits (sequences and inbox emails don't), how credit limits and alerts work, and which edition each credit rate applies to. The calculator no longer charges workflow or Customer Agent credits on Starter, which doesn't include them. The seats guide now has a section on GTM and Ops Seats, and the comparison guide's FAQ explains Ops Seats.

  3. Clarified: seats-and-credits pricing is EMEA only for now

HubSpot's seats-and-credits pricing currently applies only to new customers in EMEA. New customers in the US and other regions still buy on hub-based pricing. We added this to every page that describes who each model applies to.

  4. HubSpot launches seats-and-credits pricing for new customers in EMEA

New customers in EMEA (EMEA only for now) now buy one edition of HubSpot (Starter, Professional or Enterprise) instead of separate hubs, with no platform fees. GTM Seats cost $90/mo on Professional ($100 paid monthly) and $175 on Enterprise; Ops Seat prices aren't published yet. Included credits rise to 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 a month, and every email and workflow action now uses credits (emails from 15 credits a send). Marketing contact tiers are replaced by record capacity. Existing customers, and new customers outside EMEA including the US, stay on legacy hub-based pricing. We added two guides, a compare mode in the calculator, and a note on every legacy-pricing guide; legacy prices re-verified the same day. Source

  5. Four new guides: seats, onboarding fees, marketing contacts, billing

New guides on seat types, onboarding fees, marketing contact tiers, and paying monthly vs annually. Professional prices now show both the paid-annually and paid-monthly price.

  6. First pricing guides published

Credits and Customer Platform guides published, all prices verified against HubSpot's pricing pages and catalog.

  7. HubSpot presents a seats-plus-credits model

At its Analyst Day, HubSpot outlined a pricing model where seats cover people and credits cover AI usage. Source

  8. Breeze Intelligence credits replaced by HubSpot credits

Accounts were migrated between 2 and 15 June 2025. Source
